Dim Sum is a traditional style of Cantonese cuisine originating from the Lingnan region. It is closely linked with Yum Cha (drinking tea) and features a wide variety of small, bite-sized dishes served in steaming bamboo baskets or small plates.

  • Egg Tarts: A sweet finale featuring a flaky puff pastry or buttery crust filled with smooth egg custard.
